Damaged package: Carefully check the packaging condition before accepting it. If it shows any damage, signs of tampering, or seals from other sources, it is necessary to refuse the delivery and notify us immediately. If it is not possible to refuse it, you must file a complaint with the carrier within 24 hours and then contact our Customer Service with the complaint copy and photos that prove it. This is essential for handling transport damage claims.
It is essential not to dispose of the product or any part of the original packaging (including boxes, labels, and protective materials), as these may be required as evidence for the claim or for return to the courier. - Order not received: If the order appears as "delivered" but you haven't received it, you must inform us as soon as possible, within a maximum of 7 days from the indicated delivery date so that we can contact the carrier.
